Summary of Role Responsible for the development of marketing strategy to launch new programs and products in new regions/markets. This individual will work across functions, including senior leadership, to set a new market entry strategy and go-to-market strategy to drive market awareness and adoption. Accountabilities & Responsibilities * Manage diverse, cross-functional matrix team in developing, delivering and embedding a clearly defined and differentiated strategy that will drive value and growth. * Manage the research roadmap to utilize market and consumer segmentation, creating relevant and differentiated marketing and business strategy; then activate through the delivery teams to launch the initiatives using innovative, modern marketing approaches to drive awareness and demand for the designation within the target market. * Evaluate market data and market trends to influence and shape the future innovation pipeline. * Drive marketing data analytics, customer analytics and data, digital properties, and customer behavior and activity tracking across available resources. * Identify business opportunities for the organization and demonstrates financial awareness; keep up to date with competitor information and market trends. * Responsible for development of competitive go-to-market strategies for new products with targets in net acquisition of new prospects and customers, revenue growth, engagement, retention and profitability. * Responsible for providing input and informing new product development and pricing - assessing market priorities, segmentation needs, investment levels, brand plans and strategic objectives - working with revenue earning / profession facing colleagues. * Produce new ideas, approaches or insights for marketing, commercial and experience-based topics; produce a range of solutions to problems and seek opportunities for organizational improvement * Work strategically to realize organizational goals and develops compelling visions of the future; takes account of a wide range of issues across, and related to, the organization and the Profession * Contribute to the strategic planning and management of marketing plans and ...
