We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our strategic European Independent Software Vendorrelationships including (but not limited to) VMware, Citrix, H2O.AI, Kinetica, RedHat and other Enterprise ecosystem ISVs which NVIDIA have a strategic engagement with. This full-time position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing and technical teams. Successful candidates will be able to move and adapt quickly to changing needs, manage multiple partnerships, engage at all levels both inside NVIDIA and with the ISV partners whilst aligning strategies between companies as well orchestrating key initiatives. What you'll be doing * Develop, own and drive growth strategies & pipeline to achieve business goals & market share penetration. * Engage specific groups where NVIDIA technologies make sense and gain commitment for projects which improve NVIDIA 'stickiness'. * Become the trusted advisor to the ISV partner(s) and introduce NVIDIA management to their appropriate ISV counterparts. * Understand and articulate ISV partner business and GTM strategies. * Develop and expand an effective cross-company executive relationship to guide strategic alignment across respective business units, to include regular face-to-face strategic alignment reviews with each ISV. * Coordinate executive alignment meetings to ensure top-down commitment from the ISV partners and NVIDIA. * Working with the ISV(s), communicate their positioning to NVIDIA's European Enterprise teams to maximize revenue potential for the NVIDIA channel including our OEM partnerships via clear differentiable messaging on the partner solutions. What we need to see * 7+ years business development/strategic alliance experience for software/hardware products. * 5+ years working experience with a software company or companies serving the VDI, Cloud, Data Analytics or Artificial Enterprise markets. * Must have track record of success growing ISV relationships relating to Enterprise level software/hardware. * Excellent communication and liaison skills are important, since the candidate must work across all major functional areas both inside NVIDIA but also with our eco-system partners and customers. Ways to stand out from the crowd * Knowledge of AI and Deep Learning is preferred. * Existing experience working with/for Citrix, VMware, RedHat. * Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. * Self-motivated, ability to work with little definition and supervision.
