Description After a period of rapid growth at Charlotte Tilbury, we are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) and Business process specialist to join our Business Systems team. This role will own the definition of MDM strategy, work with the different departments to map process flows and support in keeping master data accurate. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the intricacies of our data but will also work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business. This is an opportunity to build the function from ground up and be pivotal in supporting the growth of the organisation. MDM responsibilities * Lead the development and implementation of the Target MDM strategy * Implement Master Data Management standards, enforce data governance procedures and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms * Work across departments to gather all current Master and Reference data like SKUs, customers, suppliers etc. * Support in performing de-duplication, consolidation and cleansing to deliver and align with key stakeholders on single view master data * Partner with peer group, sponsors and stakeholders to implement business processes and policies that will support a successful master data roll out and ongoing program accountability * Lead and manage all organisation-wide data governance activities and will have responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets * Develop key controls and KPIs to enable accuracy * Monitor master data and work with department champions to support organisational initiatives Process mapping responsibilities * Lead and support business requirements gathering activities * Employ a range of process modelling tools and techniques 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes * Gap Analysis - Evaluate requirements against the "present state" (where we are) and "target state" (where we want to be) and identify opportunities to develop successful business requirements needed to make the transition * Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of identified benefits analysis and lead on identifying business-related actions that will assist with project delivery * Stakeholder Management & Engagement - Engage with business owners, business change leads and users to ensure delivery of common purpose * Business Solution Design - Engage with policy and strategy to ensure business systems, workflows and processes contribute to target operating model * Delivery of Products, Tools & Documentation - Ensure the delivery of change is made against a fully auditable process by producing/assisting with: frameworks; application of methodologies; operating model; functional specification; user cases; user stories; UAT plans and strategy; entry/exit and/or no/no go criteria; defect analysis; forms and templates; guidance; business case Requirements Skills and experience required: * Direct experience performing data activities associated with an enterprise ERP implementation or transformation project * Experience working in a retail or logistics company preferred * Knowledge of standard data migration approach, tools, and roles & responsibilities * Strong analytical skills, well-organized, with attention to detail * Engaging with multiple client teams and documenting their current operation through business process maps * Requirement gathering - drive the research and gathering of business requirements against those articulated for the project determining the need and value of performing the activity based on the context * Project Management skills (PRINCE-II, APMP, Agile) * Engaging with the stakeholder to understand and document their current operations, challenges and barriers to change * Analysing & prioritising client requirements into specifications, solution options and delivery plans * Good knowledge of data warehouse data structures/data marts * Experienced working in Agile environments * Excellent data analysis and reconciliation skills * Production of technical documentation, mapping source and master data to the presentation layer * Supporting users through extensive UAT * Knowledge of JIRA is preferred Benefits * Dog friendly office * Generous staff discount to use on all products * Access to Tilbury Treats our very own rewards platform allowing you to save money and gain money cant buy discounts on anything from gym memberships to cinema tickets * Other fabulous benefits such as life assurance, birthdays off work, team sales incentives and many more Our Mission TO MAKE EVERYONE FEEL THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VERSION OF THEMSELVES WE WOULD LOVE TO WELCOME YOU TO OUR TEAM!
