Job Description
**Factory Operator - Red Zone** Salary: 19,340 - 29,010 It's undeniable: Pets truly make the world a better place. We have an exciting opportunity for two individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Factory Operator under the Pet Nutrition Segment. This is a key role for the business, the ideal candidate will be working with raw materials daily (in the red zone) maintaining stock efficiency and supporting peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the Grinding area. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so the ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and be flexible to change. **What are we looking for?** + Good standard of education + Excellent verbal and written English + Computer Literacy and IT skills + SCADA experience (not a must but advantageous) + Experience working in an FMCG environment + Counterbalance FLT license (again not a must have and training can be provided) + Experience in stock control and warehouse management systems. **What would be your key responsibilities?** + Maintain excellent stock efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate any deviation from standard or plan. This will Include unloading and loading of lorries. + Support peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the Grinding area. To Include management of waste streams and the replenishment of certain stock Items. + Be responsible for the achievement of GMP/GHP process score - clean as you go policy adhered to in all key areas (yard space and warehouse) + Ensure all stock deliveries are dealt with in a safe and timely manner in accordance with FIFO.
