Job Description

Are you an experienced Operations Manager within the commercial property sector or facilities management, with experience of working on-site at large estates. You will be the most senior member of commercial staff at a 200,000 sqft estate in London where you will be responsible for providing first class support to clients and tenants. Your focus will be predominantly on the Commercial and Estate Areas (shared services) and you will be instrumental in working with the General Manager to create a seamless one-team approach to management across the wider development. This role has responsibility for assembling the supply chain, aligning the management of the systems and services with best practice, equipping the teams to deliver outstanding customer service and taking the buildings through building acceptance, fitting out into steady state operations. Location: London 60,000 - 65,000 + excellent benefits package including Pension, Medical, Life Insurance, 25 Days' Holiday and more! To be suitable for this role you will have experience managing a high end commercial building or mixed use scheme. Ideally you will also have a strong engineering background.
