Have you been inspired to make a difference after reading this advert then get in touch, come into our office, give us a call We are looking for highly motivated children's carers in the Newcastle area to support a 14 year old boy with Muscular Dystrophy who is ventilated (machine to help his breathing) with a tracheostomy (opening in neck to help breathing) he also has a PEG for medication. Carers are fully supported by Registered Nurse who leads the care team, this is 24/7. Extensive training and ongoing continuous development and support is provided. We are keen to support you in your career development including an NVQ in Complex Care. We support a range of clients varying in age in your local area so they can live Independently or with their families in their own home. Allied are committed to providing a high level of clinical training and support ensuring you are competent to undertake the skills required to support these clients. This is led by our Lead Nurse for clinical Services in Northeast. We offer a range of clinical experiences including Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Enteral Feeding, Brain Injury, Spinal Injury and Learning Disability.
