About the role We have exciting opportunities for an Admission and Marketing associate of the Education Business. This person is responsible for executing the day-to-day admission and related marketing initiatives of an education business. OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The post holder will work with the market team to provide consultation to the students in terms of career development and practical learning with PwC You Plus programme. The qualified individual will be supporting to promoting the programmes as well as identifying business opportunities through different channels and activities; establishing and maintaining relationship with relevant institutions and universities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTIBILITIES OR DUTIES * Undertake research and analysis on market dynamics to generate market insights, Introduce suitable PwC You Plus programmes to potential customers according to customers' needs with consulting sales module; * Maintain a good relationship with customers, collaborate with cross function team and develop new business opportunities * Participate in marketing & sales events and exhibitions/fairs promoting You Plus programmes, assist students to enroll respective You Plus programmes. * Help students to design their You Plus course plan and practical learning journey. * Identifyand developnew partners in strategic areas for strong potential student growth,creating opportunities for engagement and promotion; * Build and maintain a strong connection with student alumni association with top International Universities, engage prospective students, creating a sense of community; * Provide market inputs collected from front line for marketing initiatives development. Identify potential channels or angels to reach target customers; * Update and maintain the customer data system on time, regularly follow up and look for business growth opportunities; * Carry out other duties as required by admission and marketing team; * Travel within China, explore growth opportunities, this role requires irregular working hours and travel. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The person appointed should: * Good standard of education, preferably to degree levelin marketing and sales related field, obtained from oversea * One to three years of experience working in a sales or a customer focused environment with strong communication skills * Experience of providing guidance, deploying listening and persuasive skills to meet prospective customers' needs * Experienceof delivering formal presentations in front of customers * Experience of analyzing statistical data, draw out key information and report on findings and recommendations * Be self-motivated with a positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to problem solve and think of new ideas * Possessing marketing communication skills with the ability to write persuasively, create and edit promotional material is a plus * Demonstrate the interpersonal skills required to build strong working relations and to identify opportunities for development and collaboration * Have strong working skills, including word, excel, PowerPoint and in the use of databases.
