Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Corporate and Business Strategy Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career in Knowledge Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to play an integral part of knowledge sharing across the PwC network so that we can continually provide better service to our clients. You'll help organise and manage various sources of information as well as provide research support for internal and external clients. Our team supports PwC's knowledge transfer and management. You'll set strategy, oversee operations, and develop policies for the knowledge management team. Task/ responsibility: * Gather, assess and formalize business requirements; * Design and testing of business applications; * Assist and with application releases, support and change processes; * Manage software changes and new releases; * Application enhancement. Qualifications: * Higher education graduate, education in Computer science would be a plus; * Working knowledge of ServiceNow; * Experience in Java Script is an advantage, as well as knowledge of internal * ServiceNow functions and tables; * Attention to details is a must; * Ability to follow standards and best practices; * Will to learn and develop new technologies; * Strong communication skills and fluency in English; * Organisational skills: Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and prioritise competing requests. Good judgement, flexibility and resourcefulness; * Preferably experience in application design.
