Business Analyst - Conversational UI/Chatbots My client based in Central London, Canary Wharf are looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join their team and work with some of the world’s leading brand such as Unilever, Shell, Vodaphone & more. In this role, we’re looking for an experienced BA with a strong experience in Chatbots or Conversational UI, to design, analyse and optimise chatbot conversations. My client is a Microsoft Gold certified partner providing Intelligent Chatbots for enterprise, Intranet, Content and Collaboration Applications, Power BI, Business Process Management & Application Lifecycle Management services and solutions. Work Experience and Skills Requirements: Proven experience in designing Conversational AI, UI (CUX) Experience of delivering applications using Microsoft Technology Good understanding of SDLC Good understanding and experience working with Business Process tools Good experience in preparing documents like BRD, SRS, Use Cases Working experience on AI applications or SharePoint (O365) Applications Location: Canary Wharf, London Package: Very Competitive Holidays & more
