Overview
Templeton and Partners is currently looking for a Chatbot Specialist for a large commercial client in London. Initial contract is 6 months possible extension. Job Purpose Responsible for hands on technical development & delivery of (Emerging Technologies) Speech / Wearables / Chatbots / Track & Trace based solutions in an agile fashion to the business in order to provide insights & improvement to business processes and solving business problems. Accountabilities Reporting to the lead for Speech / Wearables / Chatbots / Track & Trace based (Emerging Technology) solutions. Hands on technical delivery working with business representatives to develop E2E technical solution requirements and the E2E technical feasibility study for (Emerging Technologies) Speech / Wearables / Chatbots / Track & Trace / related technologies related projects Hands on technical delivery of Wearables / Chatbots / Speech / Track & Trace / related technologies projects and to deploy these solutions within company infrastructure together with relevant IT staff Contributing to Technical insight, bringing new technologies and scoping digital strategy around Wearables / Chatbots / Speech / Track & Trace / related technologies Contributing deep technology insight on options for how Wearables / Chatbots / Speech / Track & Trace / can be used to drive Health, Safety and Environment benefits. Contributing technology insight to the lead in this area for setting up Wearables / Chatbots / Speech / Track & Trace / related technologies long term strategy. Contributing deep Technical Architecture and Platform insight for Wearables / Chatbots / Speech / Track & Trace / solutions, working with Architects and Platform Owners. Skills & Requirements: Master or PhD degree in Computer Science or relevant areas Good knowledge of Chatbot and Speech technology services in multiple platforms: Microsoft, AWS and Open Source. Specifically including Microsoft Bot Framework, Microsoft LUIS, Microsoft QnA Maker, Microsoft Voice Services, AWS Lex, AWS Transcribe, AWS Comprehend, Node JS. Experience with wider integration and implementation for chatbots: Multi-channel solutions for chatbots Bot to bot orchestration (solutions for hand-off from one bot to another bot) Data integration Analytics for chatbots Content management and administration for chatbots Implementation and packaging considerations for chatbot services. Security, privacy and GDPR considerations for chatbots Knowledge Graph technology (and how to use with chatbots). Knowledge of Wearable Technology solutions, including iOS and Android based solutions. Understanding of IOT and Sensor technologies in terms of E2E use with Wearable technology solutions for scaled business application. Proven practical experience with relevant topics in all technologies as mentioned above.
