Our strategy to become more digitally focused has already seen the acquisition of two digital asset management companies to build on our existing digital capabilities from the Arcadis technology division, all of which will form the foundations of this new digital entity. The Opportunity - Support in the provision of Enterprise Asset Management Services and Solutions Working primarily (but not exclusively) with Arcadis Gen's Industry Solution set (together with other complimentary best of breed platforms, applications and tools), Arcadis Gen provides the strategy, design, implementation and change management / transformation required to enable our clients to realise world class asset and safety management. Arcadis Gen are seeking enthusiastic and academically strong graduates typically with degrees in engineering / science / technology / business for graduate level entry into our Consulting Division. You will support various client and internal projects, while learning the Arcadis Gen methodology and progressing your career as a professional within the Infrastructure EAM Consultancy Practice. You will get to work in several interesting industry sectors all of whom have a large number of infrastructure related asset classes ranging in age from early Victorian to state of the art modern technology. Examples would include asset classes found in rail, highways and airports. It will be your job to help design the business processes that define how these assets should best be managed and work with our Technology Division to realise the data, applications (desktop and increasingly mobile) and reporting solutions to real-world problems. You will then be involved in the roll-out of our solutions to end users which will encompass testing, training delivery and support. 1. Key Deliverables As an EAM Delivery Professional, you will be an integrated part of a team, tasked with producing timely and high-quality deliverables. Whilst being self-starting you will operate with a degree of supervision. You will develop skills in all the basic areas of EAM Consultancy. Take the lead in a variety of roles whilst working as a member of an implementation team on a range of projects across various industries as business needs dictate. Demonstrate competency in each of the Job / Project duty areas Fully understand and practice EAMS implementation tools and methodologies to produce quality deliverables for our clients. Demonstrate a good understanding of commercial aspects of the projects on which you work. Identify opportunities and efficiencies for client and employer alike. 2. Key Relationships, Collaborations and Connections As a member of an implementation team you will be expected to contribute to a wide range of activities in support of the programme goals. Reporting to the Project / Programme Manager. EAM Professional skills Contribute to all aspects of live implementations as part of a team with minimal day-to-day supervision Be self-starting and seek out areas in which you can maximise project success Take a lead role during project execution including client visits Operate autonomously within the requirements set out by project stakeholders Demonstrate good commercial awareness and fully understand your actual and potential impact to the projects on which you are actively engaged Interact in a professional way according to the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Code of Conduct Product & Solution Design Be fully conversant with EAMS Group (Arcadis Gen) Industry Solutions & Products and apply these to solve real-world business problems working with the Product team. Author good quality product and feature designs and acceptance criteria Provide quality peer-review feedback during solution design activities Lead solution reviews (structured demonstrations of the solution to the client) Demonstrate basic Maximo configuration skills at the level of IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asser Management Functional Analyst 3.
