Maxar is looking for a Global Associate Imagery Support Representative to join our team in London, U.K. This position is an integral part of our customer support team, who will serve as an advocate for our business partners. This position facilitates our partner's ordering requests for offline & online products and services. You will often coordinate with other internal departments to maximize efforts in achieving company goals and maintain high service levels. In order to be successful in this role, you must be customer service focused and have a working knowledge of order management systems. Rotational on-call responsibilities are required for this position and possible shift work during peak business times. Responsibilities: + Processes order requests, prepare order agreements and provides feasibilities for our partners or internal parties, in a timely and accurate manner. + Be an effective communicator, addressing customer related questions or issues in a timely manner. + Working effectively with various internal teams including technical support, cloud service, and management resources, in order to meet customer expectations. + Works closely with account managers to manage account health. + Prepare and research basic customer reports (Tableau, SAP, Salesforce) + Able to conduct presentations, meetings, and training sessions. + Answers inbound phone calls and email communications. + Rotational on-call responsibilities are required and possible shift work during peak business times. Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Geography, or Geospatial Information Systems or relevant experience + 1-2 years of customer support background. + Experience with MS Office, Word, and Excel software packages. + Remote sensing, image processing & OGC Web Services experience. + Ability to quickly learn complex systems. + Ability to work in an unstructured environment to strategically set and achieve organizational goals.
