Job Description
An established local firm of Chartered Accountants based in Winchester has an opportunity for a Manager to join them; this firm prides themselves on their advisory services to clients alongside maintaining and continuing to develop a diverse client base. This family run business prides themselves on empowering their people to contribute to the direction and development of the practice and in turn offers excellent long term career advancement. What will the role involve? * Managing a portfolio of diverse clients ensuring service delivery and quality of service is achieved whilst continuing to build client relationships; * Allocation of work and management of staff including contributing to their training and development, liaising with other departments and external bodies; * Contributing to the development of the firm both internally and externally. Suitable Candidate: * This opportunity would suit either an experienced manager or someone who is ready to that their first management role; experience within a firm of Accountants is essential and a desire to undertake a client facing role; * Professional qualifications and or experience in a similar environment combined with the desire to join an established team.
