HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Bring to life the story of the UK Business Categories, Shoppers and Consumers for both the (European) Category and UK Commercial organisations, to enable the business to create and execute plans that unlock growth in the UK. Keep Category informed of emerging UK trends and issues, to enable the business to react to trends and opportunities faster than the competition. + To lead and deliver the UKI inputs into the annual European Business Planning process, to ensure medium & long-term UKI trends and opportunities are fully embedded into the strategy. + On a continuous basis, ensure critical local insights and opportunities are fed into the European Category Team to enable timely building & course-correction of plans that are relevant for UKI markets. + Bring the insights generated in the European Category Team into the UKI business, to create one version of the truth, maximise return on insights investment and ensure the local Commercial teams have what they need to execute and sell the plan. + To support UKI Commercial teams in amplifying the insight elements of toolkits with contextual Insight for local sell-in/strengthen sales arguments. + Develop bespoke issue and opportunity-based Shopper/Category insight to maximise our chances of being chosen at point of purchase/consumption. + To promote an Insight culture in UKI, through embedding consumer & shopper closeness programmes and ensuring insight learning is cascaded throughout the business and driven to action To support the European Category I&P Team and the Global Team to ensure research approaches and inputs are fit for purpose for the UK market YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS + Significant experience of clientside and/or agency in an Insights role + Clear ability to distil insight and data from multiple sources into compelling, action-oriented stories to unlock growth + Strong communication, presentation, impact and influencing skills + Ability to influence across all the organisation, starting with the UKI Leadership Team -building mutually beneficial relationships, and impactfully communicating insight learning and recommendations Possess drive and enthusiasm alongside attention to detail OUR GROWTH COMPETENCIES The Growth Competencies are a set of skills and behaviours necessary to drive success for Kellogg and for our employees.
