About the job: The Carlton Tower, Jumeirah has an exciting opportunity for a talented Spa Manager to perform their craft in our luxurious hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of the role are: * To effectively lead the Spa team to ensure the highest standards of luxury service are offered to our guests and members * To supervise and lead the Spa team towards achieving/maintaining luxury standards in providing treatments and to ensure that all staff are trained in the methods practiced by Product Houses in all treatments. * Design ongoing promotional strategies to ensure a high level of interest and support is maintained by the membership base as well as attracting new business.
