Job Description

The Opportunity Due to the launch of our new global Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solution, Oracle, and Taleo, for e-recruitment and onboarding, we are currently looking to appoint HRIS Implementation and Support Administrators to provide support to the end users. These roles can be based in any Regional or Country office, and are only open to internal candidates. In this role you will be required to develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end system functionality of the Oracle and Taleo systems. You will also configure and validate system localizations for Save the Children International (SCI) country offices within Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo, based on documented requirements. In parallel, and after all country localizations are complete, you will work as part of a team providing support to end users and HR super users. In addition, while Oracle is being phased in, you will also provide BAU support to users of our legacy HRIS, Effective Staff. To be successful in this role, you should have previous technical configuration and/or system support experience, ideally with Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo. You will need to be a quick learner, who can grasp new technology and system processes, and then effectively communicate this to non-technical staff. Experience of reporting tools and data extracts is beneficial, as is understanding configuration workbook maintenance and change control. From a personal perspective, you will also have strong written communications skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, to enable you to interact with end users and other stakeholder. You will have a can-do attitude and a proven track record of successful troubleshooting and problem solving.
