Client Services Executive - Pharma (maternity cover) London, England Job Reference:--006215 Location:London, England Closing Date:31/05/2019 Department:Customer Services Division:Informa Intelligence Client Services Executive- exciting global media company Informa is currently looking for a Client Services Executive for a 12-month fixed contract to join our Pharma Client Services sales support team. The role of the Client Services Executive will be to provide account support that will transform relationships with clients from being a vendor to a partner. Key areas of responsibility will include overall management and running of online product demonstrations with our clients. You will also ensure that the client renewal calendar is adhered to for the relevant verticals, facilitate meetings between R&A, Sales, relevant stakeholders and end users appropriately and help from R&A where appropriate, develop a basic understanding of the clients' analysis requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to employ yourstrong account support and customer services experiencein a B2B environment where you can gain a breadth of experiences and develop your skills within a dynamic and challenging environment. This position is located at our UK, London office Headquarters. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Set up training for clients on Informa and its service offerings + Coordinate, assist and facilitate interaction with existing clients + Provide an effective link between our internal stakeholders, such as tech support and sales, as to our client needs. + Effectively communicate and promote our services to existing clients - by calling those customers informing them of the service and increasing the number of users of the service through controlled networking + Field and respond to client service calls The successful applicant will possess: + Some account support experience in a B2B environment is highly beneficial + Good verbal and written communication skills + Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook type packages + Familiar with CRM packages and clear understanding of the importance of CRM upkeep + Well organised individual with excellent telephone manner + Team player, good under pressure + Problem solving, positive attitude and a service oriented mentality + Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently Informa is committed to equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment without regard to age, colour, creed, disability status, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
