Job Description
Home Assistant Croft House Care Home, Braintree Road, Great Dunmow, Essex CM6 1HR It's the small things that often make the biggest difference. During these uncertain times we've created a new role; Home Assistant - to contribute to the safe running of our care homes through housekeeping, kitchen and admin support. We're looking for individuals who want to support residents in their local community right now to join us at Croft House Care Home in Essex. Working hours and salary From 8.72 per hour Bank shifts - flexible working patterns including twilight shifts 6pm-12am or 8pm-2am Weekdays and weekend work available What your typical day involves Whilst there's unlikely to be a typical day for a Home Assistant, you may be asked to. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other domestic teams. * Physical assistance with meal times * Ensure our residents are kept happy, by carrying out hospitality and activity related duties * Organise and maintain housekeeping stocks for day to day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as you go. A great communicator, you're happy rolling your sleeves up and getting involved, always completing your work to a high standard in an organised way.
