You will be managing just over 50 clients with nursing, residential and dementia needs. The Nursing / Dementia care home has an enviable reputation for providing fully qualified nursing care to the highest standards, together with quality accommodation and clinical facilities. The care home provides nursing and dementia care to elderly and physical disabilities. The Residential Care Facility is brand new state of the art with the latest facilities. Both of the homes feature, large, private, full en-suite bedrooms each equipped with a multi-positioning, electric profiling care bed, an HD flat screen television with digital channels, a private telephone line and a nurse attendant system. Sky TV is also available upon request. We also welcome loving pets by prior arrangement. Our unique Bistro features a chef's table with live show kitchen and direct access into our winter garden. Additional facilities for our residents include a cinema room with adjoining IT centre, a fitness area, on-site hairdressing and a sensory lounge featuring Japanese garden and aquarium, putting green and safe terraced gardens. Premium bedrooms enjoy a private, front door with direct access into our beautifully landscaped gardens, fish pond and uninterrupted views of the surrounding Surrey countryside. We currently seek an experienced Home Manager (RGN) to manage the running of the care homes to a high standard. A Home Manager (RGN) must have good knowledge of CQC Policies and Procedures, understands compliancy, strong management skills, will be involved in doing audits, care planning, medication management, staff management and overall manage the running of the care home. A Home Manager (RGN) must also be able to sell to the private self funded market and also maintain a high level of quality, customer service and hospitality.
