The Role Supporting the Group Data Protection Officer and the individual brands, the Data Protection Manager is an experienced Data Protection professional who will take a hands-on approach to ensuring good practice across the business. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Group DPO in forming and delivering strategies to grow the maturity of the business in data protection and privacy * Respond to data protection and privacy queries from across the business and from customers * Ensure that the documentation under Art 30 GDPR are maintained and kept up-to-date * Assist with regulatory enquiries * Be part of the incident management team when personal data incident occur * Respond to requests for disclosure from law enforcement etc. * Conduct data protection audits and DPIAs * Provide training and manage the online training portal * Take part and help plan communication activities * Advise on contractual requirements for new supplier and business partners.
