Within Technology and Global Operations, Strategic Planning and Performance Management supports our teams to effectively drive digital transformation and proactively understand and manage our performance. To do this we work across our transformation to: * Accurately report on status against our critical goals * Support effective governance and drive decision-making (particularly working with the Chief Technology & Operations Officer and his leadership team) * Understand and help manage the link between delivery activity and financial and operational performance * Effectively partner and communicate with representatives across global teams (including partners in HR, Finance, the Global Change Office) to understand performance, drive strategic decision-making, and engage teams in our digital transformation The team covers: Strategic Planning | Mergers and Acquisitions | Defining KPI and Goals | Exec Reporting | Support to Major Transformation Programmes Accountabilities We are looking for a Strategy Manager for Technology and Global Operations. This will involve the facilitation of the strategic planning process for Technology and Global Operations, and the setting and monitoring of objectives, metrics, and across the CTOO group. Planning & Delivery * Outline Technology and Global Operations strategic planning process, timelines, and templates * Deliver high quality, on-time, agreed 2018-21 Strategic Plan ( ongoing annual process) * Facilitate governance reviews and sign-off of strategic plans and themes * Partner with Finance as required to support delivery of 2018-21 financial forecasts Interface and stakeholder management * Align to Chief Strategy Office and feedback Technology and Global Operations strategic drivers / asks of the CSO from the virtual strategy team *
