We are a technology company that provides a Social Intelligence platform to our customers that allows them to make sense of the chatter that goes on throughout social media. Essentially, we pull large sets of unstructured conversations that occur on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram etc, blogs, forums, and using our proprietary technology and analytics, we can offer to our customers a way to understand what these discussions mean to their brands. We sell into the Marketing or Communication leaders in large F1000 companies or large agencies. Best way to think of the Synthesio solution is that we are offering an innovative take on classic Market Research, Consumer Insight or brand management that is powered by conversations happening real-time on social media. Position Description The Client Services Intern supports the Client Services Managers and is responsible for supporting the on-boarding for each client and for maintaining relationships with Synthesio?s clients post ?go live?. This includes implementing the technical requirements, orchestrating a flawless project launch, communicating the Synthesio value proposition, and ensuring client satisfaction in assigned accounts. This is a 12 month sandwich placement position, starting in May 2020. Roles and Responsibilities A client facing role, you will be required to proactively support a number of blue chip companies and agencies, ultimately advising best practice in social listening and application of social data. ? Taking client briefs, forming a clear understanding of their social media monitoring needs, and setting up search parameters that reflect client requirements. ? Management of technical issues and queries from clients. ? Management of relationship and output of outsourcing companies, including training, coding and report production. ? Support team members in ad hoc project and report delivery. ? Proof read and provide feedback on reports. Requirements ? High English proficiency (written and spoken). A fluency in any additional language is a plus ? Exceptional organisation and project management capability, together with the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment ? Displays initiative and solves problems ? Excellent client-facing manner ? Experience with manipulating raw data and generating compelling and understandable reports and graphs ? Strong analytical skills: ability to distil and identify patterns and insights from large and varied primary sources ? Understanding of how social media tools can enhance client marketing activities, increase customer satisfaction and other use cases ? Must have a passion for digital trends and innovation, and a strong understanding of consumers, social networks and brands ? Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team ? Excellent attention to detail ? A willingness to work in a fun team environment! Hours of work: Normal hours of work shall be 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
