As a Software Engineer your typical day will include: the design, develop, test and maintenance of software, provide technical leadership in the design and product specification process, development of technical documentation, interfacing with other functions with the business to ensure the timely delivery of high quality products, adhering to the development processes including code reviews, design reviews and coding guidelines and constantly improving your knowledge of new technology within the field of security systems. How you will do it You must possess a BSc Hons Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or combination of education (HND, HNC) and work related experience, be able to demonstrate a track record of commercial software design and development and possess experience or knowledge of all software development phases - product feature definition through to code maintenance.
