As a member of the ICG DevOps team you will build and roll out Citi's key pipeline technology, used by 2000 different applications and 15,000 users. In a supported, resource-rich, vibrant co-working environment, working with an ecosystem of globally interconnected teams, realising a broader mission of enabling growth and economic progress on a scale you will not find anywhere else. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work directly with ICG application teams to drive rollout of tools, educate teams, and assist with adoption + Work with developers, operations, auditors and security teams to define and implement best-in-class Continuous Delivery controls + Develop integrations between strategic tools to enable automated pipelines + Develop reporting tools to track adoption and usage patterns for senior management **Knowledge/Experience:** + Strong experience in a number of the following: BitBucket/Git, JIRA, TeamCity, IBM UrbanCode Deploy; Harness; Jenkins; SonarQube; Artifactory; Checkmarx; BlackDuck; Contrast; Twistlock; AWS; GCP; OpenShift or Kubernetes + Proven ability to code against REST APIs, ideally those for the above tools. + Strong knowledge of full software development, testing, deployment and operational lifecycle + Experience of developing and supporting scalable products for a large user base **Skills & Competencies:** + Good coding skills, ideally in Java/.Net/Javascript or a commonly used scripting language + Knowledge of API standards and how to work with them. + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Detail oriented + Enjoys problem solving + Has a passion for automation + Shows a desire to learn and self-improve + Has an Agile approach to software delivery + Enjoys working as part of a successful team + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Qualifications:** + 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role + Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications + Experience in managing and implementing successful projects + Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development + Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate + Demonstrated leadership and project management skills + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication **Education:** + Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience + Master's degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
