Job Description
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION Working as a Telecoms Lead engineer forming part of multi discipline projects both on Onshore and Offshore environments you will lead a team of Telecoms Engineers and Telecoms designers working on International projects for major clients. You will manage the team closely and work with project management and client teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the project within project timescales and budgets whilst maintaining quality and accuracy of the design and material deliverables. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Good Leader/communicator. Works comfortably with Project & Corporate management teams as well as with Clients engineering teams. Experienced in scheduling, estimating, planning & managing teams of CSE engineers and designers. Has worked with remote engineering centres on a workshare basis. Works well with the other engineering disciplines on the projects and with other areas requiring interfaces. PREFERRED SKILLS Engineering experience to include all aspects of Telecoms engineering including Telecoms systems networking equipment, CCTV systems, Security systems, Radio Systems Structured Cabling etc. Onshore and Offshore project experience. Experience is managing Telecoms design subcontractors/systems Integrators.
