Job Description
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION Working as a Principle Lead CSE engineer forming part of multi discipline projects both on Onshore and Offshore environments you will lead a team of Instrument Engineers, Control Systems Engineers and Instrument designers working on International projects for major clients. You will manage the team closely and work with project management and client teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the project within project timescales and budgets whilst maintaining quality and accuracy of the design and material deliverables. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Excellent Leader/communicator. Works comfortably with Project & Corporate management teams as well as with Clients engineering teams. Experienced in scheduling, estimating, planning, managing & coaching large teams of CSE engineers and designers. Has worked with remote engineering centres on a workshare basis. Works well with the other engineering disciplines on the projects and with other areas requiring interfaces. Takes an active part in mentoring and developing their team. PREFERRED SKILLS Engineering experience to include all aspects of CSE engineering including Controls systems equipment, Valves and Instrumentation, Analysers, Metering packages etc. Onshore and Offshore project experience.
