Description Events and Partnerships Manager (3 months contract) Location: Brighton or London At HireRight, we think we've got a lot to shout about. We are the world's largest screening company and we continue to grow our business globally. We support over 50,000 customers across an exhaustive range of industries, working with some of the biggest companies in the world. This is a great new role, responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes. Predominantly planning and organising trade shows, partner and customer events, and building relationships with strategic marketing partners to support business growth and brand awareness. Also responsible for building and engaging the company's customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the longer term growth of the business. Duties Manage the strategy and implementation for HireRight's trade shows customer events and partner relationships Across EMEA. + Manage event scheduling, promotion, coordination, production and supervision + Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long term planning and effective event management for the organisation's meetings, conferences and events + Own and meticulously manage overall program budgets + Work with key stakeholders to define event goals, objectives and specific implementation plans that promote the organisation's brand + Establish communication protocols and operating procedures + Measure and report return on investment for events and conduct post event analysis, reporting and communication + Manage and distribute leads in accordance with company standards + Effectively manage company event assets + Manage creative partners and resources to aid in efficient message/campaign creation and distribution + Assist and collaborate with fellow marketing team members on additional projects as requested, and as time allows, including but not limited to the creation of direct marketing campaigns, website content, customer communications, advertising, sales tools, presentations, signage, webinars and collateral development Requirements + 3 - 5 years' experience in marketing with at least 2 years managing events + Positive can-do attitude + Ability to develop professional relationships that result in stable, consistent, reliable and courteous communications + Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently to numerous deadlines in a changing, fast paced and multi-tasking environment + Ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expenses + Strong organisational, planning and project management skills Qualifications Behaviors Preferred + Innovative: Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking + Team Player: Works well as a member of a group + Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest + Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Education Preferred + Technical/other training or better in Marketing
