What you'll learn and do As a Manager at PwC Business Services, you will work autonomously and you will be deployed within a mix of SMEs and multinationals on a project basis to offer our clients the best possible service as an all-round accountant Manager within the following areas: * Supporting management with analysis and reports of company financial drivers: creating management reports, defining reporting processes, preparing budget, making monthly, quarterly and yearly reports; * Coordinating and/or leading closing and reporting (legal/management); * Presenting complex financial situations, analysis and results in a clear way to the client and to different external parties; * Being able to set up business models; * Being capable of identifying opportunities, gaps or possible cost saving at the client; * Being capable to manage difficult and complex situations at the client; * Coaching and guiding a small group of people. Who you are * You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy/Finance; * You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in accounting (Belgian GAAP); * Your mother tongue is Dutch or French and you express yourself fluently in English; * You are familiar with MS Office and any accounting software; * You are client-minded and business development-oriented; * You are able to work on your own and you have a good sense of responsibility; * You are dynamic, flexible and professional.
