Overview: Cognizant is seeking to hire an Client Relationship Manager to join it's Banking & Financial Industry industry commercial team and oriented clients. Client Relationship Managers are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business. They act as business owners for our clients' accounts and manage the PnL and grow the accounts. This role is a high visibility and challenging opportunity and requires high amount of commitment, business acumen, leadership qualities and motivated attitude to perform well. You will specifically be focused on building relationships within dedicated Banking & Financial services clients ( Retail, Corporate and Capital Markets), spanning C-suite executives, divisional heads, and senior leaders within various functions You will work with Commercial and Delivery team to develop account plans and grow revenue within accounts, and business unit leadership to develop a balanced book of business across client accounts and growth areas Working with other senior executives, sales teams, and sales support functions, you will have entire ownership for driving Account's profitable growth and success of the enterprise. It's an outstanding opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager that is passionate about growing business, managing portfolios and taking companies to the next level in terms of revenue growth. Purpose: To build close relationships with clients while adding incremental revenue growth. You will also oversee delivery by ensuring their changing expectations are understood and met. To work towards establishing a positive client experience through delivery excellence. Outcome: Achieving the purpose leads to sustained client relationships that deliver market leading growth, strong business mix, and healthy profitability by retaining existing and growing a new portfolio of business. Responsibilities: As the Account Manager (AM), you have the following key responsibilities: * Responsible for new incremental growth * Responsible for Backlog growth - Existing projects Renewals/Extensions of current projects Rate Revisions * Drive RFPs / Proactive bids w.r.to Renewals, Extensions, Application/Project additions, Application rationalization and modernization * Build senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence * Manage on-time and on-budget delivery with planned profitability, consistently looking to improve quality and profitability * Lead the onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment * Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities * Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients * Support and drive firm-wide delivery initiatives, as directed Measures: The CRM's shared measures are revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
