Due to the continued growth of our practice we are now recruiting an Experienced Economic Research Analyst for our team in Athens. Role and responsibilities: * Conducting in depth econometric and macroeconomic analysis * Produce targeted industry and company analysis * Compiling and analysing financial data to explain economic trends by applying mathematical models and statistical techniques * Disseminating analysis findings through technical reports/ macroeconomic presentations/ sectors analysis serving for company's thought leadership Join us and start to build an extraordinary career! The successful candidate should have: * Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university with background in Economics or similar quantitative discipline * Post-graduate degree in Economics, Econometrics or similar quantitative discipline * 3 years prior work experience in economic research, or related field * High level of efficiency in econometrical programs * Highly numerate, with strong track record in developing/implementing complex spreadsheet models * Excellent research and analytical skills including the ability to analyse relevant data to make sound judgements * A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients * Commitment to providing high quality deliverable and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues * Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, both in English and Greek * Military services fulfilled for male candidates What we offer PwC is all about people, encouraging high performance and quality.
