Position Overview: Reporting to the Strategic Business Planning Manager, the Business Analyst/Project Manager is a hybrid role critical to the rollout of the tools and processes necessary to underpin our cloud business unit. We have a substantial roadmap of exciting projects to both deliver new capabilities and align existing processes into global standards. As a Business Analyst it is expected that you will be adept at taking business requirements and converting these into functional requirements for development. You will have a passion to understand how the business operates, ensuring that existing processes are well documented and optimised end-to-end. As a project manager you will be assigned to manage the delivery of key projects, ensuring that resources across the business stay focused and achieve our roadmap. Always ensuring that risks and dependencies are effectively managed in order to deliver on time and to an acceptable quality. In order to be successful in this position the candidate will have a high level of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization. NTT Ltd is a global organisation and therefore very occasional business trips may be required to NTT locations around the world, as will some flexibility to accommodate multi-timezone calls. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, key responsibilities include: * Business analyst: * Work with the different stakeholders to collect requirements for the required business process. * Align development activities with company priorities. * Perform analysis, and research about tools and processes which can improve the overall design and efficiency of the business workflow. * Support the alignment and ongoing optimization of processes across teams in the Cloud business unit. * Provide training to the different regions, users and stakeholders about business tools and processes * Create migration business cases. * Project Management * Assist in the coordination and planning of our development roadmap * Organize periodic sessions, to track, coordinate, and update actions for various workstreams * Create delivery plans, timelines and estimations to assist overall business planning activity. * Establish and execute testing plans with across different teams and stakeholders. * Document project updates * Create guides and extra documentation to be delivered to the end users of the functionality. * Execute data and tools migrations plans. * Other day to day tasks: * Plan and execute other tasks and projects in the context of Strategic Business planning team * Contribute with the overall GPC CoE by supporting and collaborating with other teams. * Create specific analysis, reports or periodic tasks established within the department. Experience, Skills and Qualifications: The following experience is required to apply for this role: * Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or similar role. * Basic Knowledge about business finances and processes. * Experience of process mapping, documentation and optimization * Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint, etc) * Good communication skills - to be able to liaise effectively with all levels across the organization * Self-driven, time-management and organization skills * Exceptional level of judgement with proven problem-solving skills with the fortitude to take initiative where appropriate * Degree in Science, Bu
