We are looking for a People and Culture Change Management Consultant to join our intelligent and down to earth team here at Daggerwing London. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of people and culture change areas including but not limited to employee engagement, learning and development, organisational change and transformation, diversity and inclusion, employer branding and internal communications. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated background in culture change consulting experience working at a mid-senior level and wanting to step up. This role is the "go to" day to day contact for clients on all projects and will oversee junior colleagues ensuring impactful delivery of all client projects. You will work into the senior leadership team and support them on wider business growth and to continue moving this already successful team onwards and upwards so experience of having worked in a consultancy environment on a range of people, culture and behaviour change initiatives is vital.
