Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Business Development you will have the responsibility to significantly grow the KBR Consulting sales of Integrity Management within the European region by expanding our customer base in the local market. The ideal candidate should have an established business network with major oil & gas companies in the region and a documented track record of selling service related offerings. In addition, experience selling services in the onshore markets is a positive. The role will focus on engaging multiple levels of the clients' organization to position and sell Consulting's ability to add value to their projects. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Establish and manage relationships with new clients within the region Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline Identify key decision makers and influencers within the client's organization Establish strategic sales plans to ensure award & successful execution Position offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to stakeholders Negotiate contractual agreements with clients Manage expectations (internal and external) to ensure award by agreed upon dates Frequent communication with sales leadership and operations Deliver sales results based upon assigned sales quotas Report, maintain, and track regional sales performance to ensure consistent results DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE outside consulting / sales experience Experience selling consulting and/or engineering services is required Previous experience of executing Consulting studies is desirable. Existing business network with oil & gas companies in the region Ability to maintain high frequency interactions with clients Ability to ask questions that identify client drivers and influence decisions Ability to communicate effectively with mid- to high- level decision makers Ability to work independently within the region with remote supervision Experienced in a consultative sales methodology to develop opportunities Experience in strategic sales methodologies are required Experience negotiating commercial agreements Experience using CRM software to track and manage sales opportunities Willingness to travel overnight >50% of time as required
