Job Description
The Bitfury Group develops and delivers both the software and the hardware solutions necessary for businesses, governments, organisations and individuals to securely move an asset across the Blockchain. The expertise of The Bitfury Group ensures successful, easy, fast, secure and cost-effective connectivity to the Blockchain. We are seeking a strong, well rounded leader who will spearhead our AI division. The successful candidate should have a clear vision on AI market future needs and will be expected to create and execute our global strategy on Artificial Intelligence. Duties and responsibilities: + Drive a range of the company?s strategic initiatives in the Artificial Intelligence domain. + Define go-to-market strategy for the company?s AI solutions. + Work closely with Sales on strategic partnerships and business development. + Partner with a variety of business and technology stakeholders within the company. + Provide direction and leadership towards the achievement of the company's mission and goals. + Represent the company as required, including attendance at industry events and public meetings. Required: + Entrepreneurial ?DNA?. + Ability to look several steps ahead of AI market trends. + Proven commercially successful AI background with experience developing $100M+ business from scratch. + Demonstrable experience and thought leadership within various market verticals in the Artificial Intelligence space. + Experience of corporate strategy creation with tangible outcomes like proof of concepts, cutting edge developments and applications in AI. + Technical savviness within the domain: with understanding of both hardware and software layers. + Proven connections with key industry players; Government relation and advisory experience would be of an advantage. + Leadership with the ability to set a team from the ground and set clear priorities, delegate, and inspire people. Readiness to get your hands ?dirty?. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive position, preferably, as a Head of AI or similar. + Outstanding presentation and communication skills; demonstrated ability to be an outgoing spokesperson and relationship builder. + Preferred locations: UK, Netherlands, UAE. + Ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
