Your mission Our HR Consulting practice is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Our team of experts offers a broad spectrum of professional services for seamless delivery of multi-disciplinary services and solutions, such as Change Management, Strategy, Processes & Tools, HR Information Systems, Assessment & Coaching, Recruitment services, People Engagement Survey, Career Transition services and Reward services. As a Recruitment/Assessment Consultant (m/f), you will: * Understand and define the recruitment and assessment needs of our clients; * Prepare tailor-made commercial proposals; * Write detailed job descriptions and advertisements; * Source suitable candidates via direct approach, social media, networking, advertising, and other recruitment channels; * Prepare working documents and tools to support recruitment and assessment interviews (templates, exercises, role-plays etc.); * Conduct and support face-to-face competency-based interviews with potential candidates; * Ensure proper follow-up throughout the entire recruitment/ assessment cycle; * Work with a variety of clients whose businesses cover many industries within an international work context; * Be involved in Ad-hoc projects like providing training on recruitment techniques, coaching, recruitment channels etc. Your profile * You hold a Master degree required in economics, applied Sciences and/or Human Resources; * You can rely on a relevant work experience (at least 1 year of experience) in HR consulting, internal or external recruitment activity; * You have a sound knowledge of the Luxembourg employment legislation and of the financial sector; * You have an excellent command of English and French (both orally and in writing); * You have outstanding interpersonal skills.
