Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** We're looking for an experienced Head of Employee Relations, International to lead a team of Employee Relations Specialists across Facebook's International regions ( EMEA, LATAM, APAC) that delivers high quality solutions for employees for our employees. This role requires strong people management skills, alongside an ability to constantly evolve the efficiency and effectiveness of our employee relations work , and contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate a vibrant Facebook culture. This is a full time opportunity based in our London office. **Required Skills:** 1. Lead a team of Employee Relations Specialists across APAC, EMEA and LATAM who work across multiple business groups to assist employees and managers in resolving issues in the workplace. 2. Partner with the business and HRBP teams to manage a positive, best practice employee relations program. 3. Lead and develop rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs. 4. Co-lead the Global Employee Relations team to drive strategy and planning for the Facebook Employee Relations Model. 5. Plan and recommend resource alignment and workload across the Employee Relations team. 6. Oversee and plan the hiring, onboarding and training of Employee Relations Specialists as needed. 7. Integrate and partner with HR Business Partners, Legal team and HR Investigations team to implement solutions. 8. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees. 9. Work with the business and within one's team to highlight key trends in employee relations and actively drive training, systems and process improvements 10. Continually pursue ways to improve existing policies and procedures around management of ER cases with a focus on efficiency and suitability for scale 11. As needed, lead and contribute to cross functional projects to provide the voice of Employee relations. 12. Be a champion of inclusion, and bring an equitable approach to the development and evolution of Facebook's processes and policies. 13. Be a culture leader, with the ability to create local, national and international solutions and responses to improve the employee experience. 14. Contribute to the International HR Leadership team, both on ER and broader HR matters. **Industry:** Internet
