Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Immigration Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career in our Immigration practice, within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, on going compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks. Our team works closely with colleagues in immigration and employment law, human resources and global tax services to deliver legal advice with a strategic, holistic business focus. You'll join a group of immigration specialists that have the commercial acumen, the local contacts, and the wealth of experience to help our clients gain maximum value on immigration and mobility strategy. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: * Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner. * Share and collaborate effectively with others. * Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements. * Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance. * Follow risk management and compliance procedures. * Keep up-to-date with technical developments for business area. * Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form. * Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the Network of PwC firms. * Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Responsibilities: * Working onsite at client premises as main point of contact for all administrative/HR related tasks * Medical insurance (enrollment and termination) * Ensure proper Job title is applied for new hires * VOE letters and any employee letters in Arabic * Management of employee loans with the selected bank - and contact with the bank in case of exit * Management of new hire materials - T Shirts and new employee boxes * Point of contact for any local administration in Arabic (Arabic translations, letters of invitation) * Point of contact for any employee questions related to HR: E*trade, insurance, VOE letters, etc. Requirements: * Fluency in spoken and written English & Arabic; clear, articulate and confident in written and verbal communication skills * A high level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and legal databases/caseworking tools * Well organised and able to deal with large amounts of information * Excellent attention to detail * Primarily a team player but also able to complete specific tasks under own initiative * Ability to adapt and be flexible * Highly driven and proactive * Respect for confidential information Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Up to 20% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
