Are you an experienced tax professional with a background in advising clients within the OMB market? Are you keen to join a profitable firm with a robust client base with the opportunity to become an Equity Partner in the short to medium term? Our client, a leading independent accountancy firm based on the North London / Hertfordshire borders, are seeking a commercially astute and client facing tax specialist to join their firm. With a strong brand, the firm boasts an impressive range of clients from owner managed businesses to large international groups in sectors including property, healthcare/medical and manufacturing. Based predominantly in London and Hertfordshire, the majority of clients are within the £5-40m turnover range with the largest up to £300m t/o. A successful and profitable firm, the future looks extremely bright with fantastic opportunities for progression for those who demonstrate a commercial and proactive mind-set. With impending retirements within the equity partner-base the firm are currently seeking someone to join with a mixed tax focus but happy to have someone who has a strength on the private client side. There is a significant amount of advisory work within the portfolio and so they are looking for someone who is technical, credible and client-facing. The firm are comfortable with someone joining who may take 2-3 years to reach partnership or who would join straight away as a Partner.
