Job Description

Accountable for the preliminary or definitive estimates for projects. Calculates estimates by using processes, labor availability and productivity, material prices, based on historical data. Tabulates cost studies, cash flows, and prospect analysis. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional in project controls. Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. Essential skills Detailed understanding and use of Microsoft Excel.
