Marketing Manager, Acute Therapies The purpose of this regional Marketing Team is to translate & customise the business-specific Acute strategy into country execution. They partner with the countries to enable commercial execution excellence. Travel expected for 30-40% of the time, within Western Europe Role Responsibilities Conduct and analyse market research to capture current and future market trends that will underpin the strategic direction of the business Capture and communicate the VOC to internal stakeholders within our regional and global organisation Lead product launch plans within the Western Europe region (identify risks, opportunity capture, capability gaps) Analyse regional business performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions in specific product performance in given markets Provide data and insight, and make recommendations for on-market product introductions (expansion) and effectiveness to optimize the portfolio in-country growth and profitability Support development and country roll-out and ongoing review of new and innovative care models for ICU Collect and drive best practice sharing of new care models between the countries in Western Europe Support the Western European countries in setting up and implementing new care models in acute therapies area Developing partnerships with internal and external organizations to expand our digital health offering to new and innovative care models in acute therapies Support the data analysis for care models in acute therapies with the aim to develop and communicate benefits to external stakeholders Leading cross-functional projects, developing go-to-market approaches and implementation plans in collaboration with the Western Europe countries as well as leading partnerships with other organizations in developing digital health solutions. Building buy-in and support from key stakeholders around the area of digital health Qualifications Very good spoken and written English Strong business acumen Strong strategic thinking coupled with strong execution skills Excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills Good communicator Ability to embrace and adapt to change and to manage and succeed in ambiguity Solid knowledge of the medical device sector (highly desired experience from Fresenius Medical Care, BBraun, Nikkiso, Medtronic, NxStage) Experience in digital health and value based healthcare models Significant marketing experience at a regional or country head position Experience running large scope projects with cross over departments and large teams What we offer This is a challenging opportunity and a chance to work in a diverse team with a great mix of people across various countries in Europe and beyond.
