InterSystems seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a strong focus on benefits and reward. The role will support HR Management in the continual development of company processes and procedures, benefit schemes as well as providing generalist HR support across the EMEA region. Benefits and Reward Duties: + Responsible for identifying, implementing, maintaining and communicating benefit schemes/services that are current, competitive and in compliance with local legislation across the EMEA region. + Proactively manage benefit providers, brokers, benefit administration providers in the development and pricing analysis of benefit options and programmes, ensuring schemes/services meet the organisation and employees' needs. + Collect and analyse internal and external market data in order to prepare reports and support the continuous improvement of benefit and reward schemes. + Continually review and assess in order to improve, streamline and enhance accuracy and process improvement. + Support the delivery of core reward processes including annual salary review, job evaluation/job matching and benchmarking exercises. Prepare and review data as required. + Ensure all benefit schemes/services are administered correctly and all required records are maintained. + Produce other data analysis, reporting and presentations as required. + Act as primary contact for all benefit queries in the region. + Maintain strong relationships with local HR teams and Office Management to ensure the smooth running of the benefit schemes/services. + Lead in-house benefit related projects and employee well-being initiatives and activities. Generalist Duties: + Prepare and administer all employee offer letters, employment contracts and contract changes. + Manage and support the full HR cycle, including but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, absence management, probationary periods, employee queries, maternity, paternity and adoption requests. + Implement all required administration, policies, procedures and communication for the employee lifecycle including accurate and timely maintenance of all HR systems and records. + Administer and process candidate and employee DBS/background checks as required. + Responsible for reporting worker location information to visa Sponsorship Management System. + Prepare reports, including but not limited to, monthly headcount, absence reports and equity analysis. Work in collaboration with the HRIS Specialist to collate and manipulate data ready for presentation to senior management. + Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements. + Maintain and update HR intranet site to ensure content is accurate and consistent. + Work with the HR Business Partner and HR Management to support operational activity. + Provide flexible coverage to HR colleagues during periods of absence. + Undertake ad hoc requests and HR project work as required by the Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Manager. Essential + Minimum five years' experience within HR and currently your will be as a minimum a HR Generalist or more senior. + Super-User / Extensive experience of Workday or other HCM system. + Excellent communication skills complemented by high standards of work and presentation. + Advanced Excel and strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills. + Ability to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders to ensure they are proactively engaged with HR procedures and processes. + Self-motivated, possess excellent planning skills and demonstrate high attention to detail, ensuring the Data Protection Act is adhered to at all times. + Extensive experience of a fast-paced environment + Excellent employment legislation knowledge. + To be able to work as part of a team and be results orientated.
