HR Generalist (C&B/HRIS/Analyst) - c£45,000 to £50,000 Bonus Excellent Benefits - Windsor (With Parking) The company & The role Working for a global corporate, I am recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a strong focus on compensation & benefits and the HRIS. The role will support HR Management in the continual development of company processes and procedures, benefit schemes, supporting the HRIS as well as providing generalist HR support across the EMEA region. What you'll need to be successful Minimum 4 or 5 years' experience within HR and currently working as an HR Generalist or more senior. Strong experience of using an HRIS Excellent communication skills complemented by high standards of work and presentation. Process lead and very detail orientated Advanced Excel, strong MS Word/PowerPoint and with solid data analysis and reporting skills. Self-motivated, excellent planning skills and ensuring the Data Protection Act is adhered to. Extensive experience of a fast-paced global environment. Excellent employment legislation knowledge.
