Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Legal Services - Employment & Pensions Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary A career in our Legal Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, ongoing compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks. Our team possess extensive knowledge of local and national corporate law. You'll help our clients with a range of legal services including provision of support in choosing the type of company, drafting of corporate documents, contracts and the necessary assistance in the performance thereof, setting up companies, structuring capital, restructuring corporate governance, implementing changes to the legal structure, setting up joint ventures, and managing tax and real estate issues. As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: * Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above; * Train and lead staff; * Establish effective working relationships directly with clients; * Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen; * Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues; * Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients; * Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand; Requirements: * Very good knowledge and experience in the following areas of law: Civil Code; Commercial Law; Labour Law; Fiscal Laws; Court procedures; * Proficiency in English, as well as excellent knowledge of legal terminology; * Very good knowledge of other languages is an advantage; * Excellent communication skills and ability towork in team; * 3-4 years of relevant professional experience , preferably in a law firm.
