Join our Cost & Commercial Management team focusing on a variety of Education, Health, Leisure and Hotel projects and you'll discover a great client-focused team and a business culture focused on helping you flourish as a professional, not on squeezing you into a corporate box. In this role, you'll provide Professional Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services to high-profile clients working on Projects across Northern Ireland. Overview of Role: You will be responsible for supporting managers in achieving service excellence and positive outcomes for our clients; showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service. Successful candidates will be presented with a great opportunity for career progression whilst at the same time being exposed to cross sector experience. Your Day-to-Day: Reporting to Senior Management, you will assist and be responsible for timely provision of required information including; * Cost estimates / feasibilities * Employers Requirements * Review and agree Contractors Proposals * Review Contractors cost submission and agree contract sum * Raising contract documentation and purchase orders * Cost reporting * Change Control * Final Accounts * Interim and final payments What You have to Offer: *
