We leverage our assurance services through which we aim to increase the level of trust placed in all kinds of information, systems and processes into strategic insights supporting our Financial Services clients in their transformation journeys to address the megatrends shaping their future world. We are looking for an exceptional and passionate senior consultant to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance Department as part of our Data Management team with the potential of rapid career development. What you'll learn and do As a Data Management Senior Consultant in our Financial Services team, you will advise our clients on transforming their business to navigate through their risk and regulatory agenda and through their market challenges in line with their strategy. On a daily basis, you will: * Support in the implementation of data governance, data quality and data analytics tools in function of the client's needs and target architecture; * Strengthen the Financial Services team in developing the data management services by helping on the development of client proposals showing that you understand client requirements; * Be able to enjoy various types of projects , amongst which the design and implementation of: * A data management strategy from business to IT; * End-to-end Target Operating Model to create a data-driven organisation, incl. CDO office set-up and business case development with sustainable results; * Data governance policies tailored to the client's organisation and respecting regulatory requirements; * Innovative use cases (both from a business as technology perspective) to support our clients in monetising their data. Who you are You hold a Master's degree and have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience for this function. During this experience, you have gained: * Expertise on BCBS239 or related regulatory requirements ; * Knowledge on current coding languages such as R and Python ; * An interest to develop your data expertise through on the job learning and dedicated trainings; * A passion to guide financial services companies in their journey to become data-driven service providers; * An experience in consulting for financial services clients or a first working experience within a financial services company on data management; * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch or French ; * Team spirit and eagerness to work in a client-focused, high-quality-driven environment; * Proven interpersonal skills, the ability to listen and strong communication skills ; * A strategic view that allows you to detect commercial opportunities that could bring added value to clients.
