Example: McDonald or O'Connell Provide full address details Resume is required Multiple attachments can be uploaded including Resume and Cover Letter for each application Job Description Summary: We are looking for an experienced UK Compliance Manager who will be assisting with the implementation of PayPal's Brexit Compliance workstream, as well as ongoing Risk and Compliance support of the UK post Brexit. The role will report into the UK Head of Compliance and work closely with the key stakeholders within the organisation to provide key deliverables. Job Description: Overview: We are looking for an experienced UK Compliance Specialist who will be assisting with the implementation of PayPal's Brexit Compliance workstream, as well as ongoing Risk and Compliance support of the UK post Brexit. The role will report into the UK Head of Compliance and work closely with the key stakeholders within the organisation to provide key deliverables. Core responsibilities: * Assist with Brexit Implementation Plan execution - including liasing with various business partners and stakeholders to track progress through to completion * Ensure new regulatory obligations relating to licensing agreements are tracked in the appropriates tools and systems, identify relevant stakeholders, and provide guidance and input through completion * Assist with the development of training for relevant internal team members * Assist with the development of testing and monitoring activities for both first and second-line testing under the post-Brexit UK business model * Assist with setting up the necessary regulatory reporting framework for the UK * Assist with setting up the necessary management and governance structures to ensure adequate reporting and oversight * Assist with implementing a Senior Management Regime in the UK business.Assist with completing the necessary risk assessments for the UK Bank Branch, including a Tax Evasion * Support various Risk and Compliance program pillars, including Issue Management, Risk Assessment, and quarterly reporting F Education required: * A Bachelor's degree is required. A compliance qualification is an advantage. Experience required: * Extensive technical knowledge of FCA regulations and the Consumer Credit Act in relation to credit offerings in the UK environment * A familiarity with a Compliance Management Programme and experience identifying control gaps and determining testing and monitoring * Extensive experience in partnering with and counselling senior business clients, particularly in the context of a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment * Experience with implementing Senior Management Regime * Experience in teaming with technology and engineers on product development * Experience with drafting Compliance policies and procedures * Extensive experience with regulators and the regulatory exam process, ideally for money * Service businesses or money transmitters Skills & Abilities required: * Strong, communication and negotiation skills. * Strong problem solving and operational process skills and attention to detail. * Excellent ability to analyse compliance risks in complex business processes and recommend controls to mitigate those risks. * Excellent executive presentation and project management skills with the ability tosuccessfully work multiple issues at one time and work across global time zones. * High energy, intellectual agility and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a fast growth and changing environment. * Ability to work within a matrixed environment and c
