Working in a prison environment, the key responsibilities in this role include; * Ensure that all daily duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to on a day to day basis to ensure a high level of service is received by the customer * Assist the Workshop Supervisor in managing a team of prisoners as appropriate by ensuring that each team member has the skill required to carry out their job role * Full compliance to all Health and Safety regulations, ensuring that all Health & Safety policies and procedures within their areas of responsibility are complied with and fully maintained * Comply with all Prison Service regulations, including security You won't find another job like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here's what we need from you: * Good analytical and numerical skills * Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a challenging environment * Ability to coach diverse teams and show leadership with setting an example * Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting, in line with Health & Safety regulations What will you get in return?
