Overview

POST recruitment is recruiting a Tech lead to oversee and develop a team of six proven developers with strong software design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#. The organisation is B2C focussed, market leading, technologically advanced and prides itself on the team focussed environment You will be a proven developer, who has progressed into a team leader of management position and is now looking to take on further responsibilities. Your team members would be a product owner, an UX designer, a conversion rate optimisation specialist and multiple web developers. Together you will be responsible to deliver best in class website ecommerce solutions for Villa Plus customers. Your team will be product aligned, follow agile processes, continuously learn and deliver incremental business value. The team would use continuous delivery practices and would select the best tools and technologies to solve the problems at hand. We are looking for individuals that are technically strong, keen on using lean or agile processes and are great at collaborating and knowledge sharing. Experience and Requirements: - Working as part of agile teams that followed key agile and XP ceremonies: o Sprint planning, huddles, showcases and retrospectives o BDD/TDD, Pairing and Continuous Integration o Helping your team to deliver at high velocity o Contribution to the product roadmap - Strong software design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C# - Expertise with web standards o HTML, JavaScript, CSS - Usage of Git - Honours degree in IT The following would be beneficial: - Work experience in the travel and hospitality domain - SEO - Responsive web sites - Developing web sites hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) - Building high volume ecommerce B2C web sites o Including monitoring, alerting, dashboards Apply now for immediate consideration
