Global Commercial Finance Analyst - HSBC Account Corporate Solutions EMEA (Location: London or Warsaw) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Global Commercial Finance Analyst will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of financial processes to support delivery of the client contract commercials. Reporting to and supporting the Global Commercial Finance Manager and working closely with wider Global and Regional Finance teams and the client to provide accurate, detailed & timely insight of spend and collate regional analysis. This role will be a key part of the monthly reporting processes and the management of contractual financial models and it is essential the candidate has an appetite for data analysis and system automation. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Client Reporting - Service Delivery and Rechargeable Spend, AR and AP * Prepare the Global Client Reporting pack including consolidation of Regional variance commentary. Review variances and trends for reasonableness and confirm all areas of concern have been addressed. Investigate unexplained variances. * Enhance the Global Client Reporting Pack to incorporate current concerns/ issues/ items to be tracked. * Management of monthly process, both Excel and Tableau based including system reconciliations and supporting Regions with queries. * Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reporting, including invoice tracking. * Management of monthly FX rates and GL COA maintenance. * Service Delivery Spend - Budget and Forecast * Involvement in the Global Service Delivery budget & forecast and JLL & Client Gainshare process. * Maintain financial templates to review and bridge the consolidation of regional budgets/forecasts. * Support JLL contribution to Client's Annual Budgeting Process. * Support financial benchmarking working with account team and Global Benchmark Services team. * Contract Management * Contribute to Global Change Control Process, including support & maintenance of process and supporting IT software. * Provision of relevant management information and service levels. * Maintenance of country CAV CCN financial models (Excel) and rate card. * Facilitate the change control approvals process. * Support the annual year end reconciliation process with the client. * Management of Commercial models * Contribute to maintenance of relevant commercial documents including Global Price Book; contract management checklists. * Develop financial modelling & analysis supporting the senior leadership team. * Project work and Process Improvement * Drive the use of systems e.g. Tableau, E1, Peoplesoft to support data analytics, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. * Support in the implementation of system automation projects. * Super user of these systems and providing training to Regional Finance, Senior Managers and Client as required. * Complete any other ad hoc projects & analysis as required on the account. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Ideal Experience * In a relevant finance commercial role for 3 years or greater. * Qualified Accountant * Demonstrate financial competency across an international portfolio.
