Job Description

Working within a focused Microsoft and Adobe Licensing Team, this individual liaises and works closely with External and Internal Licensing Consultants, as well as other internal colleagues, to ensure that customers receive a high level of service from Ultima Business Solutions. Primarily responsible as a specialist contact for the Ultima sales team providing both a proactive and reactive sales function. This will include providing pre and post sales information, introducing customers to new products and services, closing orders, and working on query resolution. This individual must be highly motivated and responsive to customer needs and seek to achieve team targets and objectives. They will need to network well with Microsoft and grow and develop their licensing program knowledge on an on-going basis. This individual must have a strong Microsoft licensing background and care about delivering a great service to their customers. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to work with Ultima's Account Managers and our customers in driving Microsoft and Adobe Licensing sales. This will include customer meetings, conference calls, creating and updating customer quotations and proposals, and generally assisting in the growth of our Microsoft Licensing business. Responsible for selling Microsoft and Adobe Technology's - understand the customers' business to ensure correct licenses are purchased to fit their needs as well as helping plan for their future requirements. Intelligently profile customer accounts to understand the potential Microsoft opportunities in licensing and services To provide customers advice on Microsoft and Adobe Licensing - licensing advice is given using knowledge of the customer's current agreements and purchases. Collaboration with Ultima's sales teams to maximise understanding and delivery of Microsoft sales messages, being a Microsoft ''guru'' and ''go to person'' for our sales people To understand the customer's license requirements, and proactively support them throughout the customer agreements lifecycle via the T-36 program. Progressing and managing opportunities (in conjunction with Ultima's account manager) through sales stages to closure To give impartial advice based on the customer's best interest and needs To play an active role in the team, remaining flexible, to cover and to support their licensing consultant and internal in busy periods and absence across all teams. Proactively keeping up to date with changes to Microsoft's products, services and licensing models. It is essential that they attend regular training sessions provided by Microsoft and Adobe to insure licensing specialist knowledge is up to date at all times. Successful track record of over-achieving sales goals/targets and business development Needs to be literate, numerate and most importantly articulate A Minimum of 2 Years' Experience Selling Microsoft Solutions Experience of Microsoft Software Licensing Programs CSP, Open/Open Value, MPSA and Enterprise Agreements Must be enthusiastic self-motivated, tenacious as well as a team player Must have the ability to communicate with and work effectively with suppliers, vendors, internal departments and customers Must be able to work under pressure External Company URL: www.ultimabusiness.com Address Line 1: Gainsborough House
